EDDS members have the opportunity to put forward nominations for honorary membership and leadership awards in the Association. 

If you are interested in nominating someone for either of these positions, please complete and submit the above form to the EDDS Central Office by February 6, 2008 ..

Leadership Award was established to honor present or past active members of the EDDS who have; 

a) significantly contributed to the advancement of the profession of dentistry, 
b) exhibited a balance between the professional, community and personal aspects of his/her life, 
c) significant respect from his/her peers in the dental community and are in good standing with the ADA&C.

Honorary Membership shall be nominated by an Active Member of the Society who has detailed the contributions the candidate has made to Dentistry.  An Honorary Member shall have no vote and shall not be eligible for office in the Society.  He/she shall be welcome to attend all regular meetings of the Society.  Honorary Members shall pay no dues.
